These terms describe the current Al Azhari Perfumes website, customer accounts, and the temporary manual-payment order process. The legal operator identity and store policies still require business and legal approval before these terms are final.

A signed-in customer can submit an order using a published product size and available stock. The website reserves the listed stock, records the order, and displays it as Payment pending — awaiting admin verification. This website does not collect card or bank details and does not charge the customer. The store will confirm delivery charges and any manual payment instructions; do not send card numbers, CVV, passwords, or payment credentials through the site or email. An order is not marked paid unless the store verifies payment and records that decision.

Contact the team for order changes, cancellations, or return questions; eligibility and resolution are subject to applicable law and the final approved store policy.
Shipping, cancellation, and returns
Delivery charges, service areas, timelines, carrier, return eligibility, exchange options, and refund process are not fully configured on the website. The store must confirm delivery cost and manual payment instructions with the customer before payment. Contact the business with a cancellation or return request; no automatic cancellation or return approval is available in the account dashboard at this time.
Nothing in these terms removes rights or remedies that applicable law does not allow the operator to exclude or restrict.
Intellectual property and submitted material
The business has not provided a final asset-rights register for the logo, photographs, illustrations, product names, copy, or other material shown here. Before commercial publication, the operator must verify ownership or permission for each asset and publish a clear rights notice.
